¡Hola!Hoy toca post con Craftin Desert Divas, que puedes ver en su blog, aquí te dejo la entrada en inglés. Hoy te enseño a realizar una tarjeta con troquelado parcial. Es muy fácil de hacer, así que espero que te animes, en el blog de CDD puedes ver más tarjetas que mis compañeras de equipo han subido está semana con la misma técnica. Yo tengo que decirte que es la primera vez que la hago, tenía muchas ganas de hacer una, y con este troquel que he utilizado ha quedado una tarjeta de cumpleaños muy chula!!

Hello everyone! I’m Patricia from CDD team and today I share a new card with the partial die cutting technique. I’m using the new Happy die for this technique that is very easy!

Now I’m going to teach you step by step how I created it.

1 & 2.-You will need a pencil and rule to make a line where you will partially cut. And washi tape to hold the die while you pass it by the Big Shot or cutting machine.
3 & 4.-Once cutted, you will need a scissors or a cutter to cut the excess paper over the line. I first cut with the scissors and then I went cut with the cutter to remove the smaller and difficult to cut with the scissors. Finally, erase the pencil.

And you already have it! Do you see how easy it is? Now it only remains to assemble and decorate your card !!

5 & 6.- As I used a watercolor cardboard, I’ve splashed ink in various colors to make it more festive, it will be a birthday card!!

The protagonists of this card are part of the new Sweetest Birthday set, from the new January release.I have also used another of the new releases Happy Sentiments stamp set and Party Border dies.
