Hi friends!! Today a new card to HeartCrafPaper with otherof the new November releases. I use one part of the image Merry Kisses

I used Copic Markers to colored the penguin image and also I dotted the background card with different colour dots.
For the frame I used 3D glitter foam in red color. Also I finish decorated with enamel dots and sequins.
